Thank you, Canada, for lighting up Niagara Falls and Toronto's CN Tower in blue to celebrate America's midterms. And thank you, interwebs, for keeping the Sapphire Slippers meme going. Did the Eiffel Tower bathe itself en bleu because of the midterms, too? The French aren't saying. But we cats PURR anyway.
