Canada's global profile was elevated this week — mostly thanks to Prime Minister Mark Carney's speech in Davos. But we also have to give Benedict Donald his due. Thank you, Trump, for being such a buffoon that the rest of the world ("Board of Peace" suckers exempted) finally got the permission structure to push back. We cats PURR.
