Is today "Reinstatement Day"? We sure don't want to miss it! — but frankly, we've been out of pocket this week and, at times, completely offline. It's been stressful — but at least we're not healthcare workers caring for dying Delta patients because of Ron DeSantis, Greg Abbott, or any other number of malevolent Republican governors.
It's amazing that these Trumpster guvs are making life-and-death decisions without medical degrees, and that people are actually following them. We don't feel nearly as sad for the MAGAts who are falling to COVID as we do for all the other patients who can't get treatment because their hospitals are full of idiots. And of course for the doctors, nurses and other providers who have to care for them.
This shouldn't be difficult: Get vaccinated, wear a mask, practice social distancing — and give a damn about others. We cats HISS.
