We cats wonder how African-American voters feel about the Tillis campaign's lame claim that when their candidate talked about the "traditional" population of the Tarheel State, he meant "long time" residents. So — being brought over in a slave ship 400 years ago doesn't qualify you as a "long time" North Carolinian? That makes us HISS.
