No, Alberto Gonzales did not leave sensitive government documents at a girlfriend's house. But he did the next worst thing.
He took top secret materials home in an unlocked briefcase and left them lying around for weeks. Why? Because he couldn't remember the combination to his personal safe.
Oh, God — please let the voters give us an Administration in which the Attorney General will at least remember a sequence of three numbers.
And maybe in his spare time, he'll preserve, protect and defend the Constitution?
